OFFICIAL RULES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Bikes Fight Cancer (BFC) Calendar Raffle Committee, which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the annual Calendar Raffle (“Raffle”).

PRIZES (POTENTIAL OF ONE WINNER MAXIMUM PER DAY ON EACH DAY OF JULY): Daily Winners will receive the prize designated for each day of JULY as displayed on the Bikes Fight Cancer Calendar Raffle Ticket. On all days in JULY a prize of $50 (fifty dollars) will be awarded to the potential daily winner, with the exception of each Friday in JULY a prize of $100 (one-hundred dollars), on JULY 4 a prize of $100 (one-hundred dollars), and a grand prize to be awarded on JULY 31 of $500 (five-hundred dollars) will be awarded to the potential daily winner.
BENEFACTOR: 100% of each donation into a Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) account will go to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. For more information on the Pan-Mass Challenge, please see pmc.org.
ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: The following persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the “Raffle” or to win any Prizes: Members of the Bikes Fight Cancer board or BFC PMC Team or their immediate family members. “Immediate Family Members” are defined as spouses and children.
RAFFLE ENTRIES: With every $20 (twenty dollar) donation to any of the participating BFC teammate’s PMC account linked above, a “Raffle” Ticket will be available to fill out by either the donor or the BFC Teammate.
NUMBER OF RAFFLE TICKETS: The minimum number of “Raffle” tickets to be filled out with a donation to a participating BFC teammate’s PMC account shall be 1 (one) for the “Raffle” to be considered active and valid each year. The maximum number of “Raffle” tickets to be filled out with each donation to a participating BFC teammate’s PMC account is 3000 (three thousand). There is no limit to the number of “Raffle” Tickets that an eligible person may fill out with each donation to a participating BFC teammate’s PMC account.
RAFFLE TICKET ENTRIES: All “Raffle” entries are subject to the Official Rules of the “Raffle”. Bikes Fight Cancer never shares, sells, or otherwise makes public anyone’s personal information. Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on information written on the “Raffle” Ticket stubs, the winning entry will be determined by the Bikes Fight Cancer “Raffle” Committee based on written submitted information at the time “Raffle” Ticket is entered provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. Decisions of the “Raffle” Committee are final.
DRAWING: Winners of the daily Prizes of the “Raffle” will be selected based on the daily drawing of the Bikes Fight Cancer Calendar “Raffle” Committee each day in JULY. The names of the winning “Raffle” Ticket numbers will be posted on bikesfightcancer.org and on the Bikes Fight Cancer Facebook and Instagram pages. Winners of each daily Prize of the “Raffle” will attempted to be contacted by a BFC Teammate within 48 hours. Bikes Fight Cancer shall have the sole discretion to determine whether each Winner is an Official Winner of a Prize (an “Official Winner”). Bikes Fight Cancer “Raffle” Committee’s decision concerning the identity of all Official Winners shall be final and binding. If for any reason whatsoever all the foregoing requirements are not satisfied with respect to a particular Potential Winner, or if Sponsor is unable for any reason to identify the holder of a winning “Raffle” Ticket or to contact a Potential Winner, then that Potential Winner’s Prize will be deemed forfeited and, the Prize will be retained by the Sponsor for charitable use. All JULY Calendar Raffle tickets will be attempted to be filled out by JUNE 31. JULY Calendar Raffle Tickets may be obtained after JULY 1, with the donor being informed that their chances are diminished as each day passes into JULY.
AWARD OF PRIZE(S) TO OFFICIAL WINNER(S): A Prize will be awarded to each Potential Winner who has been designated by Sponsor as an Official Winner. All prizes will be sent to the Official Winners within thirty business days of the date of the winning drawing.
TAXES: All federal, state, and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of each “Raffle” winner. The taxable value of the Prize will be treated as ordinary income to the winner for federal and state income tax purposes.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the Raffle, agree that Bikes Fight Cancer, and all of their respective officers, directors, representatives, members, consultants, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any and all claims, demands, injuries, losses, liabilities, cost, expenses or damages of any kind.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: Each Official Winner, by accepting his/her Prize, grants Sponsor and Sponsor’s designees and affiliates, including Bikes Fight Cancer, full permission, except where legally prohibited, to use that Official Winner’s name and Prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review or approval, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity.
RIGHT TO USE: All “Raffle” materials have been designed and created by Bikes Fight Cancer, the Sponsor, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any purpose without Sponsor’s express prior written consent.
